established in 1982 to provide engineering services to governmental
agencies, other consultants, and private developers in the area of
Construction Engineering, Traffic Signals, Lighting Design, Electrical
Engineering, Monitoring and Surveillance Systems, Intelligent
Transportation Systems (ITS), Fiber Optic Communications,Traffic
Studies, Intersection Design Studies, Highway/Transportation Planning
and Design, and Mechanical Engineering.
Since its founding in 1982, the firm has shown modest but steady growth.
The staff of GAI includes highly qualified and competent personnel in
construction engineering, traffic signals, lighting, ITS, fiber optic
communication, transportation, civil, electrical, mechanical engineering.
